Tom K's Ace throw view to Hole # 17,,,,,pretty awesome....click to enlarge and note basket in middle of the two trees...Afterwards, Tim selected a huge White Pine tree which had been felled by high winds during the last storm and decided to create a NEW DG basket (or facsimile thereof) ....
I will keep you updated on the progress of this new AWESOME basket...( LATE NOTE: as of Sunday night Tim got his TAG back from Tom K. BUT lost it to Don T. who stopped by to play with us on Sunday. )

Great example of "reuse, reduce, recycle"! And I wonder hew much hotter the wood from that "basket" would burn in the fireplace if Maggotx were to get another ace in it? And it is a great example of the fact that Disc Golf is as much art as it is science.
I can't wait to see that basket oompleted. This is probably how they used to play disc golf in olden times when it was invented by King Arthur in the 6th century.
